Alexander Clemencia
Meet Alexander Clemencia, CEO of Trusted Voice
Alexander is an entrepreneur through and through. As founder of Simptel, he has been building and running telecom services and the infrastructure behind them for years. He knows the public phone network from the inside: how it routes calls, where it trusts blindly and why it was never designed to prove who is calling.
In Alexander’s view, the burden of proof belongs with the network, not with the customer. That is why, with Trusted Voice, he is building a closed, ISO 27001-certified network in which every call is verified at the source, for banks, insurers, healthcare and government.

Meet Jan Niessen, COO of Trusted Voice
Jan has made his mark at the intersection of financial services and technological innovation. At financial institutions, he built and tested tools for customer profiling and advisory work. He has also studied how digital platforms are being renewed in other regulated sectors, such as healthcare.
He knows how banks, healthcare providers and government bodies work. He also knows what it takes to win the trust of organisations that are rightly cautious. As COO, he helps build guaranteed number identity that is verified at the source, together with a demonstrable compliance record for the DNA, NIS2 and DORA.

Jan den Boer
Meet Jan den Boer, CFO of Trusted Voice
Jan has 27 years of experience in sourcing, outsourcing and the governance of large contracts. He worked mainly on the buying side of the kind of infrastructure decisions that Trusted Voice now addresses itself. He designed sourcing strategies for leading European banks and De Nederlandsche Bank, and negotiated multi-billion contracts with IBM, TCS, Infosys, Verizon and Tech Mahindra.
Jan sees voice fraud as a risk that is not on the balance sheet and has not been priced in anywhere. As CFO, he is building a commercial and financial set-up that makes choosing Trusted Voice an easy decision for a bank’s CFO.

Izahir Clemencia
Meet Izahir Clemencia, CPO of Trusted Voice
Izahir has been working along two tracks for years. At Simptel, he builds telecom infrastructure: switches, routing and the voice network. He also designs identity and access architectures for multinationals and guides migrations of customer identities with millions of accounts. He works with NIS2, DORA, SOC 2 and ISO 27001 every day.
At Trusted Voice, those two tracks come together. Voice is the only channel without an identity layer. Izahir is designing a closed network in which every call carries cryptographic proof of who is calling.
