Have you found a vulnerability in our systems? Thank you. Please report it responsibly, so we can fix the problem before it is misused.

How to report

  • Email your finding to Jan.Niessen@trustedvoice.eu
  • Describe the problem as clearly as possible, including the steps to reproduce it.
  • Give us enough time to fix it before you publish anything about it.

What we ask of you

  • Do not exploit the vulnerability, for example by downloading more data than needed to demonstrate the issue.
  • Do not share the problem with others until it has been fixed.
  • Do not use social engineering, physical attacks or attacks that disrupt availability.

What we promise you

  • We respond within [5] working days.
  • We keep you informed about the fix.
  • We will not report you to the police if you follow these terms.
  • If you wish, we will credit you as the discoverer.
