A few lines of code. No new infrastructure.
Trusted Voice connects to your existing environment through an API. No hardware, no changes for the recipient and no disruption to your day-to-day processes.
Architecture at a glance
- Outbound calls run through the Trusted Voice network, a closed, telecom-grade environment separate from the public phone network.
- The caller’s identity (employee, system or AI agent) is cryptographically verified before the call connects.
- Calls that fail verification are not accepted.
- Every call is logged with a complete audit trail.
Integrations
| System | What the integration does |
|---|---|
| Contact centre and telephony | Outbound calls from your existing software run through the verified network |
| CRM (for example Salesforce) | Verified contact becomes part of the customer record |
| Identity management (CIAM / IAM) | Determines who may call on behalf of your organisation |
| SIEM / Security Operations Centre | Verifications and anomalies are visible to your security team in real time |
| Mobile app | Calls from your official app are inherently trustworthy |
| AI agents | Automated calls get the same guarantee as human ones |
Logging and audit trail
For every call, the system records who called, when, and that the network confirmed the identity. Your compliance file builds itself, and you can show regulators and auditors that your outbound communication is demonstrably secure.
Access, identity validation and logging follow the principles of ISO 27001. Personal data is processed in line with the GDPR.
